Scott Johnson currently is a Lieutenant with the San Jose Police Department. His current assignment is as a day shift watch commander for the Bureau of Field Operation, Patrol Division. He is responsible for the Southern Division where he oversees the police response to critical incidents, routine patrol calls and community based events during his watch.
Scott is also assigned as the police coordinator for the SAP Center/ San Jose Sharks and is the incident commander for events that occur at the SAP Center. He was assigned as the Assistant Deputy Director for the Northern California Regional Information Center (NCRIC) prior to being reassigned to his current assignment. He has been assigned to various investigative, tactical and administrative assignments throughout his career.
